1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Simply Seated website or utilizing our equipment rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Simply Seated, a veteran-owned business, provides chair and table rentals in Rhode Island on a daily, weekend, or weekly basis. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Simply Seated regarding your use of our services and equipment. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Usage and Rental Obligations
Simply Seated provides high-quality event furniture for rent. Our service model is strictly pick-up and drop-off only; customers are responsible for the safe transport of all items to and from our designated Rhode Island facility. All equipment remains the sole property of Simply Seated. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the equipment for the duration of the agreed rental period, provided all fees are paid and terms are met.
- Customers must ensure all equipment is transported in a secure, covered vehicle to prevent damage from weather or transit and must return items in their original condition.
- The subleasing, re-renting, or transfer of Simply Seated equipment to any third party or location not disclosed at the time of booking is strictly prohibited.
- Users may not use the Simply Seated name, logos, or website content for commercial purposes or misrepresent their relationship with our veteran-owned business.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
All rental equipment is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. Simply Seated makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of equipment for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Seated shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including personal injury or property damage, arising from the customer's transport, setup, use, or handling of the rented chairs and tables.
4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact Information
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any legal action or disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within Rhode Island.
Simply Seated reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of changes by updating the 'Effective Date' at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
